Return location was located 30 miles away from Palestine, and though I said I would return it in Palestine I had to drive to the return point and back in order to return the rental trailer. I called to ask for a return location as it was not listed in my contract and was told Palestine was not receiving vehicles as they had no more room in their locations. This is not a good practice from U-HAUL, you should NOT make your customers drive 60 miles+ simply to return a trailer. This is not the first time this happens to me, so maybe next time I will look at competitors who do not make me drive so long to return trailers or trucks.
