The owner was not at the location. Everything was done over the phone including me having to take photograph after I hooked the trailer up. And this was all after being forced to drive 30 miles to pick up the trailer that was not available at the location your system told me it would be at when I made the reservation.

KENNETH S.We arrived to pick up our truck and there were people who didn't work for this establishment sitting in the truck smoking and talking. We had to become aggressive with them about removing themselves from the truck. The eventuality moved. The brakes were horrible and the side view mirrors needed some type of w-d 40. The owner was sweet and easy to work with but her equipment was not acceptable.
