Systems down (maybe not the location's fault) stretches pick up into a 30 minute endeavor. While a remote supervisor was able to initiate the rental over the phone, I was left with no rental paperwork or contract; very important to verify what I'm paying and should I encounter police while driving the truck

The online order item was not available in this store, the customer service gave the upgraded trailer available with the same price but the software in the store did not allow in the store. These guys helped so much to get the same price for the upgraded one. Great customer service.
