The people at this location never answered the phone while they were open the night we were trying to drop it off. We left a very detailed voicemail about everything we did and they called back after seemingly only listening to the first 10 seconds.

Gas tank only at 3/4 full.expect a refund bank for gas I didn't use. I returned it full.
susan eCourtney had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t hook up the trailer right and when I left the parking lot, the trailer unhooked not even a mile down the road. I called to let her know and she just said sorry, did not even offer to come help get the trailer hooked back up.
Paige IAttendant was very helpful. Answered the phone, assisted me with check out, contacted me the morning of drop off with directions and instructions for drop off and was there with a smile , thank you
Benjamin SPickup location changed to location 20 miles away day before pickup. Then new location asked to change the pickup time since their car needed repair. All of this was while family was gathering for a funeral. Once there they could not use computer to process the pickup and the phone application took another 20 minutes.
