when picking up outside of hours, especially when having the pickup location changed to be over 70 miles further than where I reserved it, it would be nice to know what to do when nothing extra I reserved was provided. (moving supplies) I cannot fault the locations, but also, somehow I am 'over on mileage' even though the route I drove is not more than the allotted miles, and they say they credited me for 80 miles due to the pickup location they forced me to use. That doesn't math out and this ended up being just as expensive as a round trip rental I did 2 years ago. $550 seems like a lot.... 4 days and less than 250 miles going the safest route, and the windshield wiper exploded as soon as it started raining, so that was fun.
