Easy location to deal with. In and out - no messing around
Michael WCustomer service of this location was excellent! However the truck was rundown and all the lights on the dash was permanently on. Also the back door of the truck was hard to come down.
Craig MDespite arriving on time at 4:00 PM, I did not receive the vehicle until 4:45 PM. Additionally, the employee assisting me was rude throughout the process. Furthermore, I was mischarged for the rental. I used the U-Haul for a total of 20 minutes, yet I was charged $73. When I booked online, the estimated cost was no more than $35. This overcharge, combined with the delay and poor customer service, has made this an unpleasant experience. I also want to express that I feel extremely uncomfortable and even scared to contact B&E directly. I was mistreated during my visit, and since they have my address, I am genuinely afraid to confront them about this issue.
