Rented the truck with a 15 mileage range and actually use 21 miles. Was overcharged for gas usage. Gas gauge was not on the correct hand when dropped off and returned. No one was there to do any paperwork for the rental of the U-Haul so pretty much drop the truck off and didn't receive paperwork. I had to find it in my email today once I received Notice of my security deposit. I use U-Haul often and different locations and I am not satisfied with the services of this location also, they only have one truck available.

Tim DAgent was very pleasant and helpful. As a neighborhood UHaul location, it was not a full time Uhaul business. I was directed to this location for pickup even though there were Uhaul businesses much closer to my place. The 15 ft truck was low mileage and performed beautifully on the one way trip across country.
