Start with improving the website responses & imputs-even at the dealer they had dard time just putting in my address which was already in the system. Next make it so I can get the item I need in the town I live in-had to drive an extra 1-1/2 hrs plus fuel to get a dolly. The time & fuel cost more than the rental, why couldn't a local dealer get one for me?

GREG Wthe pick up was easy and the truck worked great. My only concern is that we returned the truck full of fuel and we paid in full the amount we were given. My credit card was then charged an additional $38 later that day. When we were notified, we were then told we were under charged when we returned the truck. I am very upset that my credit card was charged without my consent and it makes me leery of renting from the same location. I don't like that kind of business. A phone call discussing that we were undercharged BEFORE my card was charged would have been the right and professional way to do business. If we owed the money, I would have of course authorized the new charge but it should have been a discussion before my card was charged the extra amount.
