stan rWhen I pick up truck they don’t have office , transaction at the curb street, and far away from my home, the truck is dirty and nasty, key start too hard , and steering loose , and when I return it , they charge me more gas even I put the gas the same way when I pick up the truck, this is my very bad experience with big company uhaul

Man at the other location down the street at originally booked (over a month out) uhaul location that was then changed was incredibly unhelpful and rude. Probably was more concerned about getting back to his tv show in the break room than doing his job.
