Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy brother and my friend had to clean it before it could be used. If any thing I should be getting some money back. I do have pictures.
Chiqueta JI arrived was not sure who worked there or what procedure was to pick up the truck. When I finally figured it out the guy was really nice. There was a warning light on in truck, tire sensors broken.
DAN DHave employees of location have knowledge of how the pickup process works.
AMAURI DFirst, the staff was not there when I arrived (I was 20 minutes late for pickup time), and it took about 20 minutes for them to come, and no one picked up my phone call. Second, the mileage and petroleum use were impossibly charged. The approximated travel distance was about 10 miles, whereas I was charged for 30 miles. And I added more than 2 gallons petroleum, which is obviously way more than that I could ever have used, however, I was still charged for the $30 and extra petroleum fee. Imagine the stress of moving mattresses, plus the undoubtedly overcharged fee, how this feels like? Go ahead and have a good one! No wonder the rating was that low on Google Maps. (4420 Market St)
