Checkout took thirty minutes. The location was closed during posted hours for return. The store itself is covered in political imagery. Not up to u haul standards.

Jeffrey LI had to pickup a rental from this location because it was the only local spot that had the vehicle size I needed. There was a lot of questionable political signage on display, which created an awkward check in experience. The office itself is cluttered and felt dirty, even for a mechanic shop. Also, the shop’s lot is very small and oddly shaped, so the Uhauls are parked in a very cramped way which makes exiting and entering a little challenging.
Aaron SWorst costumer experience I have ever had in my entire life. When I arrived at the scheduled time to get the reservation no one was available to check me in. I was left to stand in the rain because there were three dogs in the waiting area. I had to wait 45 minutes for the staff to get a hold of someone who could help me. No one did a walk around with me to check the truck out. The truck had a broken side view mirror that did not work properly. The inside was full of dirt and gravel. Only had 1/4 of tank of gas. When I dropped off the truck I was verbally attacked by the staff member threatening to overcharge me because I parked the truck in the lot and not at the gas pump. There was no policy stating that I had to do that. When I asked if he could move the truck through his very busy and crowded lot he said for and extra charger he could do it in an aggressive voice. I had to move the truck through the crowded lot only to have to employee move it again. When I wanted to get my receipt I was ignored so I left the lot because I did not want to encounter the staff and their poor attitude any longer. Worst experience ever.
