Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The trailer was ready to go without issues. I highly recommend.

The staff at Tri State Heavy Repair are friendly and helpful. The helped take some of the stress out of the stressful day I had.
ROBERT WStaff at location very unfriendly. Called and asked about deposit and was cussed at and told to call U-Haul 800 number called number and was told the trailer was not returned there fire location did not return it when it was brought back was returned 3 days later when on phone with the 800 number asked to speak to supervisor and was left on hold and wasn’t able to speak to supervisor will never use U-Haul again
