The latch on the back door was super hard to open. Like if it had a jam or rust. And when we called to get help, we didn't get anyone till hours later. I paid for this service fully just to maybe get use of it for 1-2 hours instead of the 6 like we intended to. A total waste of money. A new truck is needed bc that one is not well maintained.

Went great. Very easy process to reserve, pick up and return. wonderful staff very helpful.
Priscilla GI was charged for an extra day when I asked and used he truck for a few hours and I was charged for a full tank of gas when the receptionist said it’s a quarter tank leave it with a quarter tank.
