I called about the late fee charts that I did not understand that I had to pay, because I was never told about time or where to drop it off at I had to call once I was moved to ask him where to take the truck too. And I told to take it to that location at Nick's. So I took it there, put the key in the box and left. She's like, well you have to pay late fer it's on the door okay, I said, okay, but I did not think that meant me because I wasn't told I had set amount of time or this for this, or this you need to read your contract or maybe I did, but again I was in a hurry. I was sent to the wrong location, didn't get it where I wanted to get it. Everything was not worked around me. I was a inconvenience. I was thinking these had to go further away, to find a truck and everything else last minute, so it's like, you know, give me a break and nasty attitude, then I didn't.
Eugene KVery hard to access the parking lot with the amount of other vehicles parked there. It was an auto shop so there were different types of vehicles impeding smooth flow.
WILLIAM RExcellent customer service. This place is very small, but the staff made me feel very warm and welcome while I was there.
