ANNIE FOverall, the service and experience was okay. The employee that assisted me during pickup was apologetic about misinformation, so that’s a plus. The issue was that I called the day before and reserved a 26’ for a one way trip to Newman, Ga. It was confirmed by whomever took my call. Upon pickup, I realized that a 26’ was too big, so I downgraded to a 20’. I was told that The only other 26’ foot one way was someone that had already dropped the truck off, but had not left the keys. I was told that I could not have a one way in any size because it was all “in town” only. I wasn’t advised this on the day prior when I reserved it to begin with. This caused me to have to travel 2 hours extra round trip than I planned just to bring it back. The other U-Haul locations around the area would not answer their phone. Other than that, the employee was helpful and apologized.

CHRISTOPHER TMy overall experience with the unit was not favorable. Needed a trailer that was 72 inches wide so rented 6 foot wide trailer. Unfortunately ramp opening was less than 57 inches wide. It did not work and was returned less than an hour later. No evidence in material indicated this problem. No effort to refund my money was made. Although location was nice it was a waste of time and money.
