You couldn’t upload your photos they ended up over charging me by 10 miles Keys turned in at 130 they say 2 ovlock i won’t use them again Took over 45 minutes of time trying to down load photos and get key the code word always takes forever to get key so that’s 45 minutes wasted

The service at this location is always great, I come here often.
Carlos GStacey went above and beyond for us. The UHaul site was down and the original location wasn’t able to fulfill our reservation. Stacey changed our reservation through dispatch, went and got the trailer and had it ready for us in 30 minutes. Absolutely incredible service all around.

STEPHEN DThe pickup was without issue and very smooth. The after hours drop off was saved when an employee happened to return to the store for some reason and was able to check in the van after I had repeatedly tried to get into the uHaul app with no success as well as call the 800 number which kept disconnecting on me. The app and customer service are not good at all.
