Good location and the owners were great. I was trying to pick up via my app because the store didn't open until 9. It took over an hour just to get the app/process to work. It was clunky and not as intuitive as they would like it to be. I had to call once for the app and they passed me off to a second person and then I had to call because the moving help didn't show so they then sent me to another line. The wait time was 20 min. I was able to cancel the first service and rebook with a new company. In the end we got what we needed and all was good.

MICHAEL TFirst time renting from this location and met Neal(hope I remember correctly), the owner of the business and one of the employees Danny. Friendly and easy to work with. Equipment (tow dolly) was in great condition(Would only recommend to maybe oil the 2 strap rachets to possibly make them a bit easier to operate). Possible helpful info for other renters: the tow dolly accepts 1³/⁴ to 2 inch hitch ball sizes.
Laurens VI drove 12 miles on 15 ft truck and filled 2 gallons which is good enough for truck’s mpg but they charged me for extra 1 gal for $6 in Florida where average price is 3.10 per gallon.
