I was able to walk around the corner to this location from my house. Everything was OK with the rental process and the rental rates. However, it seem like it became a problem once I needed to extend the van for a few additional days. They have weird office hours that are not completely flexible, which makes it a challenge to get in touch with someone sometimes. I kept the van for about four days, knowing that there was a payment method on file for me. Someone contacted me to confirm how much longer I would need the van for, I explained to him that it may be another day or two. Apparently that was not conveyed to the rest of the team, someone called me the very next day, threatening to report the van as stolen. If I did not call them back to advise when I would return the vehicle. That was very disturbing and very unprofessional. I will never use this location again. I’ve never been treated as a potential criminal for wanting to extend a move Vann, especially with a payment method on file.
NED DI just dropped off the truck and key in the drop box. Location is closed on Sunday. The next day the personnel there was helpful.
