I just dropped off the truck and key in the drop box. Location is closed on Sunday. The next day the personnel there was helpful.

Druscilla DEasy process-really nice gentleman inside when I came to pick up and drop off.
GREGORY MThe truck itself was not damaged and ran well but it was not cleaned. There were soda bottles rolling around on the floor in the cab and dried mud on the floor. The wheels were covered with mud too. There was no maintenance. Rep was nice at check in and rental but a bit unprofessional at the end.
