I dropped off the truck on 6/24/25, so far I have not received the receipt of completion and my $100 deposit has not been reimbursed. I called customer service many times and was repeatedly told the regional manager will close the account and send me the receipt. As of today nothing has happened. I am very frustrated and will think twice to use U-Haul.

The whole operation is self service. That was fine but I was also returning an appliance dolly and moving blankets. I was concerned about leaving them in an unlocked truck so I made sure I took a picture with the items in the opened cargo area.

RAWAD KI made a reservation for 5:30 PM and the location supposed to be closed at 10 PM and I get there at 5:50 PM . no one was there to help me. I call customer service and customer service Call the location and the guy told her that his manager is not around and they cannot help me Even the van I request for was not available. The customer service have to switch me to another van and it takes me two hours before I can get the truck by the time I get to where I supposed to pick up the stuff the place was closed . so I end up paying for the van for nothing
