The location was small and messy, with aggressive dogs on the premises. I was also unable to park or leave my car there. The pick-up process was disorganized, and the system was down for some time. The truck did not have air conditioning, which made the experience quite uncomfortable due to the hot weather. At the time of drop-off (around 6 PM), the location was already closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 8 PM. And finally, I returned the truck with more fuel than it had at pick-up, yet I was still charged for a fuel refill!

GARY KSqueezing through box trucks to take photos and finding myself in an isolated area full of a pile of tires, a dumpster, and dog houses... not great. It's probably fine during business hours, but being there as a solo female on a Sunday afternoon was extremely uncomfortable. Even the Lyft driver was like... "You gonna be alright out here?" All this after the location was changed on me from the one that was in walking distance. :\ Never again!
