I like the people that work there, but the communication wasn't as thorough as it's been with my other rental experiences. The first time I used that location, it was as outside of office hours and a genuinely scary place to be alone.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had a great experience at this location! What they say is truthful! I only paid about $37 for 4 hours. I only put $8 for gas but it put the tank on full. It was so easy and no problems. I'd recommend them anytime to anyone needing a truck to move or anything. Very chill and easy.Straight to the point and HONEST.
ALEXANDER OThe vehicle was given to someone else under my reservation. The vehicle was driven for 5 miles and returned with half tank and yet 38 USD was charged for fuel.
Arnab CThe engine light was on the whole time, which made me concerned. The app wasn't working for me to check in so I used the chat help and it was clearly a bot so it wasn't helping with my particular issue, but eventually the app worked.
Jodi KVery helpful service. I recommend them
