Arrival, pick up and check in all were pretty seamless. Return was no hassle.. until I received my receipt. I believe the owner, frank maybe was who checked me in and closed me out. He seemed extremely pleasant so I was surprised when I was scammed out of $50 fuel fee. I received the truck at half a tank, after 3 hours I returned it half a tank. No extra fee should have been charged, and reading other reviews revealed this isn't the first time they've done this.

Pickup took way too long and we were forced to go here because our chosen pickup location supposedly didn't have any trucks available.
Stephon TTruck smelled like cigarette smoke, gas Guage was lied about when I picked it up noted it was half full but was on 1/4. Only 80 miles to empty . After dropping the truck back off it took them 3 days to email me a receipt.

Natalie DDidn’t even have reservation ready when I arrived, not apologetic once I finally was able to resolve the issue. Had to call U-Haul customer service 3 times to get assistance with this location
