The truck was on E and they didn’t leave the code to get the key it wasn’t a dolly available it’s not a good location and they charged me for gas known it wasn’t no gas in there to begin with and I didn’t get my money back I was supposed to get

Kevin LI had to pay for extra mileage even though uhaul messed up and sent me to the wrong location and the location was further then the one I scheduled so I had to drive the uhaul further to my apartment
Byron BManager couldn’t have been nicer.
Mark MMy dropoff location was changed to this one at the LAST minute and was different from the one on my printed contract. This location is in a very weird part of town that is hard to get to, especially with a u haul. The dropoff location is just in a field outside of a self storage facility, but the dropbox is around the corner from the dropoff area attached to a self storage buildings. That was a scavenger hunt to find in the rain.
