I rented from 9am and returned at 6pm. The location closed at 2:30 pm. I did the after hours return on the app. They charged me for two days instead of one. They also added insurance which I had declined.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe address was spray-painted on a concrete block. Fortunately, they were two Uhaul vehicles to identify it being a location. There was NO overnight box to drop the key. Fortunately, an employee late in the evening willingly accepted my key. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN RENTING A TRUCK OR CAR rental. ZERO STARS.
Mark SThere was no personnel to rate as this was an all-hour drop-off location. I followed the directions from the link and put the key in a drop box.
Danielle CNot opened during posted hours
ROBERT MNobody picked up the phone, the area to drop the trailer off was downhill and it was hard to get the pictures you ask for online
