Russell PUpon arrival the keys were in a lockbox…no instructions for how to actually get into the lock box were provided. Instead I had to call customer service and wait on hold for 20 minutes. The truck its self was clean, however it ran like a 30 year old semi. Very rough, and noisy. The belts definitely need to be replaced, as well as brakes. This is not a reflection on the location because that’s out of their control…however the lack of instructions on the lockbox were.
