Upon arrival the keys were in a lockbox…no instructions for how to actually get into the lock box were provided. Instead I had to call customer service and wait on hold for 20 minutes. The truck its self was clean, however it ran like a 30 year old semi. Very rough, and noisy. The belts definitely need to be replaced, as well as brakes. This is not a reflection on the location because that’s out of their control…however the lack of instructions on the lockbox were.

Iris WIt is impossible to calculate how many gallons you need to return the truck at the same level. The print is so small that even my reading glasses can’t decipher it!
Gary SWorst experience I’ve had with U-Haul; had one tire blow out 20 minutes into my trip & the other falling apart 3 hours into my trip. After waiting for roadside service assistance to change them it added four hours to my 7 hour trip.
