Horrible amount of time to check in and out because of photo upload failure. Took 30 minutes with multiple upload attempts for license and truck condition. Our cell service was full bars. Otherwise this was a nifty way to rent a truck. Another note, the original reservation did not show mileage charges. It added almost $50 to the reservation total. That seems sneaky.

The staff person at the location was friendly, but the online experience was not smooth. I provided my driver's license number before I showed up, but then I had to both provide it again and scan my ID four times. It would be better if (1) I could scan my ID once (2) I would not have to also type it and (3) if I could scan my driver's license and face before I showed up in person.
