The uhaul was completely filthy. The cargo area had some sort of grease buildup that got my stuff filthy. It was sweeped. There was trash inside it. It stunk horribly like mold and cigarette smoke. None of the stuff I was supposed to get were in the unit. The uhaul app would not allow submission of pictures. Horrible experience. Won’t go back here or to uhaul.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe person working there when I returned the truck appeared to be on a personal phone call when I was trying to return the truck. Then he checked the truck in two hours after I returned it, causing an extra day charge on my credit card. I had to call uhaul customer service to refund the erroneous charge, which is not something I should have had to spend time on right after a move. Luckily, I had time stamped photos of the truck when I returned it. I recommended that you insist they check in the truck when you are standing there and ask for a receipt.

Anthony FLocation was somewhat dirty and the truck had some small issues (e.g. - broken door panel, dirty middle console, etc), but the truck did run well and we accomplished what we wanted to.
