VERONICA VAs for the drop off location not so much they were rude, disrespectful, and tried charging me extra money to cover expenses that have nothing to do with my rental. Lied to me about another reservation for later in the day and was even more rude and arrogant when I called corporate to be sure they didn't charge me for whatever he was trying to charge me.
Johnathan SThey didn't check in the truck that was returned on Friday afternoon until Monday morning. A Uhaul employee called on Sunday to see if the truck was returned. Uhaul seems like they have a lot of procedures and they text, email and call way too much. It is too much chaos. I rented five trucks from Enterprise in the last six weeks, it was much easier.
