My location got changed about five times . No one explained the check in we were told just leave the key in the box . I was not impressed how things kept changing in the one week time . Awful customer experience and never got a final receipt either
Angela FOur truck died in Duncan after we filled up the tank. We called Pier 1 Storage & explained our situation. The owner came right over & jump started the truck & then led us to his drop off facility. He was sooo Nice to do this! Thank you so much! We Appreciated your Kind service, Dave & Michele
