Great customer service. Reliable equipment. I was a walk-in twice and made a reservation once. All 3 times they had what I needed.
This experience was a lot better than the previous. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. Great customer service, attention to detail, and was in a great mood (even at the end of the day). This experience made me feel welcomed. The whole experience this time was excellent. The only thing that could possibly make it better is to get it for free or discounted. Other than that, it was perfect and I don't see how it could be improved. Keep up the great work, thank you.
Nothing. Everyone was wearing masks & were so helpful. I had been given the truck with a half tank of gas and told to rtn it with the same amount. The stuff member said this was odd & looked at my contract which reflected the laziness of the staff on Barnet....my account was adjusted and I went on my way. I've used this drop off in the past and always found everyone to be friendly, knowledgeable & courteous.
The person behind the counter did his job well, however, he could be a little more friendly. He seemed unhappy to be there. He wasn't really rude per say but almost upset that people come in to rent equipment.
The gentleman who helped me was not very informative from the start. It's as if he was rushing to get customers in and out. His answers were quick and short. He did not inform me that a text message was going to be sent prior to taking the rental for the inspection. When I told him it expired he said rudely I needed to do that ASAP and he could not do anything else for me. Not helpful at all. I asked him about the about the whole return process and all he said was to return it in one of the 3 lanes after hours. I learned the hard way and had to make a second trip out to the site after dropping off the rental. All simply because he failed to mention you need to go to a website and be present on site to finalize the return. The only positive thing I can say was the 1800 customer service rep I spoke with helped me thru the whole return process step by step as this should of been done from the actual employee (s) at the location of which you are renting from.
I was a walk-in, having no reservation. They had the vehicle I needed. It was clean, ran well, and had no problems. Desk clerk, vehicle check out clerk, and vehicle check in clerk all professional, happy people.
Individual that received the equipment which said he was the manager on duty has a snotty attitude.
I had a very bad experience, checking in and returning equipment employees need better training and customer service skills I did everything online to save time and when I picked up none of my info was on the system
I was switched to this location because where I normally rent, didn't have a 20' truck available. When I showed up the gentleman informed me he only had a 15'.
I was charged extra for the Uhaul employee to remove the chains, hitch, etc in order to move my vehicle off of the auto transport. I could not believe that I was expected to do this. I would suggest that Uhaul include this extra charge at the time of my reservation so that when I return it the Uhaul employee knows that this has been charged to already and that he knows to automatically take care of the auto transport.
Well, I was really tired and overwhelmed when I went to the montaÃ±a location and I totally forgot to rent a dolly. I would've appreciated it very much if the representative would've asked me if I needed something else because I would've remembered. Otherwise, she was nice.
I forgot my military order, the associate told me to bring it with me when I turn the truck back and they will remove the taxes. When I return the truck, the associate told me no I need to do that when I pickup the truck.

I was not informed that renting a trailer for transporting your vehicle had a flat rate. I was suppose to have the trailer for 4 days but I got to my end location early so I returned the trailer earlier. When turning in the trailer that's when I was informed that their was a flat rate. Then responded with it's in the contract. A contract that I never signed.. I just spent $449.90 to use the trailer for two days to move my car to my duty location.
Have contactless payment. Be able to complete the contract on your own personal device and just scan the QR code when arriving at the store.

Everything went smoothly - ONE suggestion - employees who attach car carrying trailers for the U-HAUL renters should be more specific and detailed with their demonstrations. MANY people are renting something like that for the first time and could use better explanation. For example that the side guards can be opened to allow the door on the car to be opened. NEVER SHOWN THAT aspect - so when we put a small car on the trailer - could not open car door - ended up crawling out the window and could not close window - had to tape cardboard over it all the way to California!! Someone over there with more experience made us look stupid when he showed us how to flip the side trailer walls!!!!
Terrible customer service at this location. Employee did a bad job of explaining charges and had a â€œtake it or leave it â€œ attitude.
Be sure proper maintenance are conducted, The power steering was making noise and not working properly.
