I have rented a 26-foot U-Haul truck twice since mid-April. Both times, I also rented a furniture dolly, but neither time did I receive one. No one called, texted, or emailed me to let me know that one was not available. When I returned the first one, I was questioned thoroughly for not having one, even though I never got one. I was stressed I would be charged for stealing one as it took 45 minutes to return the truck dealing with people who didn't speak English that well. I chose the secondary location in portage to avoid that place. since there wasn't Not only is this annoying and I am just recalling now to see if I was reimbursed both times. It made it hard for two women and two kids to fill up the UHaul.
