Truck pick up was not at the location I requested. No place to park a car during rental, so had to get someone to pick me up at drop off. The truck was scheduled far enough in advance not to have it at the location requested.
JAIME SThe truck assigned to me had a huge gouge in the tire. Equipment left in the truck. I go in the office and explain this and they set me up with another truck. They should have seen these things and put it out of commission until fixed. I should not have had to deal with it. Staff was great. They just need to check the returns better.
Elizabeth MNo employees were on site Saturday May 24th at 9:00am. I dropped the key in the mail slot. A check engine light came on while driving. I was unable to communicate that at the drop off.
JEREMIAH CBlue sky is always my fist choice for uhaul. I even change my dates if it means getting a truck from them rather than True Value. I would cut them off as dealers for uhaul - they surely blame everything that goes wrong on “uhaul corporate”. I have been in 71909 for 13 years and it has not changed. Blue sky is the one to use! I tell everyone here the same thing.
