No one around and only got a voice mail with no return calls checked truck in late the u haul guy tried to charge extra day for them not checking the truck in on time

The key wasn’t even I a lockbox that I spent 10 min trying to open. It was laying in a tray. Idk who’s key I unlocked but the whole U-Haul app system is a joke. The truck was fine but so much easier to go to a store.
Heather BIt was fine for 24/7 pickup but the auto transport had to be picked up during business hours and no one was there when I arrived even though it was during their stated business hours. The owner showed up about 15 minutes after I arrived.

Shekinah BLet future customers know this place opens at 10 am, not 9 am. I had to wait for an hour for the owner to check me out with the tow dolly! One of the tires is out of balance and it bounced the entire travel to and from our location, which was approximately 500 miles each way!
