This was the first time I had dropped off a U-HAUL somewhere other than a U-HAUL facility but as soon as I mentioned that I had a rental drop off the staff was helpful and I was able to complete the return process in no time. It was extremely convenient having it at this particular location as well since it was close to where I needed to go afterwards.

The whole process was painless and quick. Nice and professional people working at that office

Nathaniel BI was told the rental is for the day . When they ask me how long you need it I said maybe 4-5 hours and used it for 5 hours I thought I have the rental for the whole day so I was charged 2 days rental not fair 😡
David DPick up location was changed to a different city adding miles to drive. Their tablet wouldn't load to check out adding half an hour waiting.
