The cargo area had dog poop in it and we had to clean it out before we loaded our items. We returned it clean. Otherwise a positive and convenient experience. The guys we rented from and returned to were great.

William RHorrible experience. Never will I rent from U-Haul again. My original reservation was cancelled without any notification. It was rebooked at a different location. Wasted my time driving to the original location for pick up. U-haul never sent me a notification. When I went to the new location to pick up the vehicle, I never realized that the safe move protection for $15 was added. I couldn’t review the receipt because it’s not shown to you until you leave the facility or check out. My original reservation did not have the safe move protection for $15 because I purposely did not select it. When picking up the vehicle selecting the fuel level did not sync up with the receipt dropping off the vehicle was another headache. I filled the gasoline back to more than what it is, but yet the receipt didn’t coincide. I realize later that I was charged more than what I should’ve been because of the safe move for $15. I called U-Haul to dispute, but they told me there’s nothing they can do but he would just go back to the original location which I knew they weren’t going to help me at all because it’s not a original U-Haul location all in all, this was a horrible nightmare and experience. I would never recommend this to anyone. However, I would recommend renting from a certified and original U-Haul facility not a satellite facility.
Mike Xvery convenient for self-checkout. Truck was basically new and very clean. I have used this location several times and am always satisfied.
