Picking up through APP was terrible and took 45 min. But, the phone service and the drop off the key was excellent.

The pick up experience in London took over 30 minutes and the person did not seem to know what they were doing. I had provided complete information on the U-Haul reservation site along with uploading my drivers license and it seemed like there was a repeat of entering all this information.
MICHAEL MMy only problem with the checkout was that I chose to left the truck in this location, and I left it there leaving the key with the person in the store. In the next morning I got a message asking me to deliver the truck (that I delivered in the day before) in another location. It wasn't a big deal, but I needed to call and tell what happened. Other point, I was charged for gas, but I left it almost half tank like I got, just a very little difference.
HUGO LOverall I had no issues and was impressed with how easy it was to rent a vehicle.
Anthony DHad an issue with license policy, as mine is a Connecticut license, but we didn’t know if it was acceptable to use in Ontario.
