Went to return truck and equipment. Called business at noon Saturday and a person said they were closed until Monday. Did not seem like he really wanted me to return it there. U-Haul customer service (Jasmine ) called him and set it right.

First of all the location tried to tell me that I rented a larger truck than what I really requested and tried to play it off that “oh the system put you in the wrong size truck”. But after I showed the reservation details i was given the actual truck I ordered instead of the more expensive one. Second, the location added the insurance that I had declined when making the reservation without my consent. It wasn’t until I checked my receipt after I returned the truck that I discovered it (I only rented it for a few hours and didn’t check my email as he wasn’t able to give me a paper copy as “his phone wouldn’t connect to the printer”. So all in all this location tried to add charges to my rental twice (more expensive truck and insurance) so suffice it to say I will never rent from this location again.
