Andrea HThis is not the first location I had to visit to find a utility dolly. I was charged more for an appliance dolly that I didn't need. I would guess this location is great for a local move, but not for an out of state move. The gentleman was nice and tried to help me out. The truck was new, and worked great.
Robert LNo problem with the agent. My issue was with the "reservation". I reserved a truck and a appliance dolly. The location said they didn't have any dollies and had not for a while. Apparently, reserved means it's reserved if it's available on-site. Inventory of dollies is not tracked so it's luck of the draw. I spent the better part of an hour being passed around from national to regional to a scheduler and back to national before someone took the initiative to call another agent and have them hold a dolly for me. Again, my issue is not with either location I dealt with. Rather the problem is the reservation system and the runaround that cost me an hour when my schedule was very tight. How can we plan a move with any confidence if we can't count on the equipment being available?
