Van was buried in snow. We had to search for it in the lot and clear a foot of snow off with our hands. Upon returning van, the guy wasn't friendly and we had to go into the office and wait in line for 10 min to return it. We had good service here before and was not impressed this time.
The only thing that I would say wasn't the best was the drop off. I waited quite awhile. Then I went in and was told just drop it any available spot. I went to unload it and the yard guy started yelling for me bit to unload there. He should have come and have me instructions as I sat there for 15 mins watching him walk around the yard.
Parking for customer owned vehicles while using their rental.
Employee misinformed us of the policies you have in place, misquoted us due to this and did not inform us they closed at 4 and we would be charged outrageous fees for dropping the truck off after 4pm though we had the truck until 6:45
After booking the truck on the phone, I reived a text with link to website. I tried to adjust pick up time, do early check in, but consistently site said you have no reservation. I had to call to do everything and was worried I would show up for my truck and be told you have no reservation.
Truck was in good working order just asked that the pictures be updated trucks got dings all over it lol but over all was happy went well and the inside could have been Clean but all in all satisfied got the job done
The day was rainy and when we opened the trailer to load the furniture the floor was wet so obviously a seam was letting water in - overall not a big issue
I booked truck at 850 king w oshawa they changed the pickup even though truck was avilable and booking was confirm

Great service. When I went to pick up van it wasn't available at my preferred pickup location, customer service found the next closest location and reduced the mileage charge. Everything went well. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Why would you only have 1 hour parking but don't notify at time of booking?? If people knew, they would get dropped off rather than have to scramble last minute. There was no brush to wipe snow off windshield and I had to use my own. Tires on truck were bald and I could not make it up my driveway. The guy that helped me inside was helpful and he was the only positive part of my experience.
The team member working the desk was sending people outside to get the returning trucks inspected but there was no one there to do it. We and other customers explained this to him and he was very argumentative. After explaining this two times he came out himself to check the trucks over and was a little rude as this seemed t be an inconvenience for him.

If there's a vehicle booked, and you know which one it is, could you please set it aside at an easily accessible location for the customer to retrieve and drive off with? With so many vehicles at this location, and parked so tightly, it makes getting out quite nerve-wracking (and also difficult to inspect prior to driving off). Establishing a 'pick up gazebo' (similar to the drop off one currently there) would be awesome. Also, please save more space for customer parking, especially for those that will be leaving their vehicles at the location while using the U-Haul vehicles. Parking at this location is excessively limiting.
Cant say there is any need for improvement. I use uhaul frequently and have no complaints.. Maybe a discount lol
The best location that I have ever dealt with , pretty streamlined checkout system, even with out a smartphone.
The only issue was in regards to the after hours return process. Following the instructions for the "uhaul.com/Share" app exactly as instructed resulted in a failed attempt to complete the return process. Loggin in resulted in a notice that I had "no rentals or reservations"! Therefore, unable to return something I did not have! I did call the 1-800 number, soke to a rep and explained, they logged in comments to my file of the events, and still I received an email receipt the following day with an added charge for the after hours drop off without completed the return process online! I had to go back, explain and get credited. An added trip and time because your process did not work and also being billed for having returned equipment of a 24 hour rental 12 hours early where you could have rented it again an added revenue! Not a pleasant experience! Blaming the process not the location! All staff at this location were very courteous.

The wait was more than 20 minutes, also despite uploading the license during booking had to do it all over in the store. The computer at the store was competing with snail interns of speed.
