This location never has more than one customer representative in the office. I have used this location for the last 5 years and always only one counter person. Customers line up and wait too long. Please add another person to the office for all opened hours.Thomas T.

Did a truck share drop off after hours. The drop off location is really small. A 26 footer got there before me and took up the spot. Really had no other parking spot and I wasnt going to leave and come back next morning. I just park beside the 26 footer and let Uhaul deal with it especially learning they charged me gas fee even when I drop off the car with the same gas amount I got.Johnny N.

When I arrived at the depot there was a line up of 5 people and 1 person was working. Another person was unpacking boxes right in front of us! Wouldn't customer service be the top priority? When I did get in line I asked for a trailer to fit a queen size mattress. When I came home my husband was angry because the trailer was too small. When I went to the yard to pick up the trailer there were 4 women standing around vaping and smoking. And, a man was standing eating a banana. I told him I was picking up a trailer and he pointed to a woman who would help me. The woman attached the trailer to my SUV. The back of the trailer was not clean. I purchased a plastic mattress cover so my mattress wouldn't get dirty. The next day my husand returned the trailer. The man in the shop told my husband that the trailer was dirty and we would be charged $15. My husband told the man that we received the trailer in this condition. We have been renting trailers from UHaul for a few years now. We always go to the Ajax location. It is amazing! We are treated professionally and we have never had an issue. Obviously, we will not be returning to the Oshawa location.SUSANJ M.

My only complaint is that part of my order was unavailable. I specifically booked weeks in advance to ensure that I had an appliance dolly and furniture blanketsâ€¦ And they were not available when I went to pick up. What is the point in reserving materials if they are not organized and assigned to the trucks properly? I feel like in today's day and age, with technology, that U-Haul can quite easily set up a supply and demand booking system that only allows bookings of materials available at the siteWAYNER C.

Unfortunately, Although the service was good. As a result of my reservation being double booked two weeks ago I had to extend the trip a little bit and I was led to believe I wouldn't be charged extra. That doesn't seem to be the case. In addition, When I went to drop off the truck at the designated spot the manager of that location couldn't except it has the truck was too large for their lot and asked me to drive it to another with my Dad Who is picking me up to follow behind. So needless to say the experience didn't end well.BRUNO P.
Contracted rental via telephone a week in advance of the date required Was asked if dolly rental required @ a cost of $5.00 I said yes When I arrived to p/u truck and dolly I was told they have no dollys and that when booking them they are never guaranteed Should have been told this at the time of booking so I could make alternate dolly rental arrangements eleswhere Im now relegated to instead pay $7.00 for the appliance dolly which I didn't think would work for my needs but took it since the flat dolly WHICH HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY BOOKED WAS NOW NOT AVAILABLE TO ME In the event the more expensive appliance dolly wasn't usefull I also rented the bag of moving blankets to slide the items across the floors if need be all because UHAUL doesn't guarantee flat dolly and doesn't tell u that And may I say what is the point of being able to pre book.them if they're availability is not guaranteed Not to mention that when imxonfirming and paying for rental on the day of the rental pick up there is a statement saying that all rental products are guaranteed Huh!TERESA M.
Get your computer information straight your order apart from your store they tell you they carry it you show up there it's not available they send you to every frickin u-haul in town and they never have it you guys sell me stuff online that you don't even carry Everything I order is on back order I get half of my order and the other half you can't fulfil meanwhile I've already paid for itThis has happened on 2 separate occasions with dealing with u-haul Your Ajax location is no better they did the same thing to me there as well they said it's in their computer I show up there and it's not available I end up going on the shelf and actually finding the part I need Ed after 45 minutes on the phone I spent over 5 hours on the phone in the past 2 days trying to straighten out this backwarder stuff I got half no order and you guys took a 100% of my moneyAnd let me down the riverIs putting blame on each other's department saying it's the main u-haul that's responsible they say it's the individual locations everyone points fingers horrible experience with you all I will never ever ever do it again or recommend anyone to even attempt to buy a hitch or any part from u-haulKatrina G.
