Owner woudl not take Visa Debit. We had. to pay in cash. I had called uhaul the night before and was told Visa debit would be fine. My husband had to go get exact change as she was not able to give us $10 and change. Took up a lot of our time as well. She never told us there's a lock on the truck till we got out there and my husband had to go back in and ask her what the code was to open it. It was all very disorganized.

JULIO CWell, other than having my pick up location changed 18km farther away, when I arrived i was told that my reservation was until June 19th. I showed the reservation that had on my phone, which had a different reservation number. She then had to call uhaul, delete my reservation, and re issue a new one. When i got into the truck, the gas light was on. It was at 1/8th of a tank. When i asked the representative, I was told it was dropped off Wednesday, and they didn't have time to get more. As well, I had a dozen blankets ordered in my first reservation, they were added to my new reservation. Upon arriving home, and opening the rear of the truck, there were no blankets. I called the location and asked the rep, she advised "I'm sorry, I forgot, you can come back and get them". I wasn't ready to drive 24km back to Oshawa to get them, so she advised to let the drop off location rep know, and they could issue a refund. I was very disappointed.
