WILLIAM LUHaul is horrible!!! We will never use you again!! 3 times they changed the pick up location on us. On line system allowed us to book a pickup location in San Luis Obispo, CA that had no trailers and then the day before pickup got a call to pick up in Arroyo Grande instead at 10am. Went to Arroyo Grande and no trailer arrived from previous renter then told to go back 40 minutes north to different location in Paso Robles.

THOMAS FI drove 66 miles total, and I was charged $65.34 for mileage per rental terms ON TOP of $66.25 for fuel, totaling $131.59 for transportation alone. $131.59 for 66 miles is absolutely ludicrous.
