Very rude here. Not happy. Had an attitude. I was late on the return but also I was also forced late picking it up. Being 30 minutes late I was charged for an extra days rental...horse crap. I did, forget to put gas in it as I handed the keys over I realized my mistake. I said that I had forgot to and he gave me a cold shoulder and then got in the truck with no words. Then he proceeded to charge me the extra day and got fuel. I get the fuel charge, but not the extra day. U-haul has lost their touch for customer service.Jeremy J.

Well first of all the customer service worker who inspected my truck took my paper receipt and didn't return it back to me, then told me he would email me a second receipt and I didn't get it, I was supposed to be refunded some money being that I didn't use eight miles on the truck nor did I use a lot of gas I wasn't happy at all, not including the truck I really wanted they didn't have and I ended up paying more than I wanted to for a big truck I didn't needSANTANA HOPE H.

They checked in someone else's rental under my name while I still had my rental and I was charged for their rental. I tried calling them but was placed on hold for a very long time. Same with the 800 number. I was on hold for 20 mins before I hung upBrandon S.

I rented a truck online yesterday for after-hours the building had no location barcode on the door and the location is not correct for gps signal so without the barcode you are forced to call customer service. I sat on hold forever and then the customer service person also took a long time to figure out what was happening, which was that my truck was not prepared or there for pick up, after recieving a confirmation. I was then told to go to another location to pick up a different truck. When I arrived I went through the process of obtaining the key and then the app would not allow the picture of the odometer and gas tank to go through. I finally just left because I was several hours late to get my furniture because I had wasted almost 3 hours of my time just to get the truck. I put more gas in the tank then there was when I left. When I returned the vehicle I was then charged for gas even though I had filled it. I'm sorry but this has been worst experience. The customer service people offered nothing for my wasted time or the companies inability to fulfill their end of the deal and then I was charged for additional gas on top of it. Although the service was great the truck I was given was the worst ride I've ever had. The truck basically had no shocks and was really old. I only ended up at this location because the Warren location no employee showed up for work. This made me late for a pickup that was scheduled. I pretty much plannef my day in advance by making a reservation two days in advance. Because I had to go to another location after waiting at the previous location for an hour for the employees to show up, it caused me to be late for my appointment which also cost me a day of pay. In the end you guys made money on me and I lost money because of you. Very disappointed in the results from the Warren location.WILLIE EDWARD M.
Nothing really, the man that checked me in was amazing. When I returned the equipment the other guy was great. It's just nice to have good customer service and for it to feel genuine. Anyone can be fake nice but your team at this location was genuinely helpful and respectful and went out of their way to help us. I appreciate it.
