Equipment was not well maintained. there was random things in the back of the truck, the aux port was broken and the door seals were broken and let wind in.

Don't let users extend their rental! The night before my rental I was advised that the person before me extended his rental of a 15 foot truck, and I had to use a 20 footer, which I didn't need....
Clifford GI did not interact with anyone. I used self service to return the truck.
Jason MThe gentleman at the return place was incredibly kind, patient, and professional when speaking with him over the phone about how to return the truck. I got a little behind in returning the truck as my place flooded in the bathroom and I had been dealing with that all day. He was very understanding and walked me through the return process as they would be closed when I arrived, so he was incredibly caring and kind.
