Ramiro AThe biggest issue was the cable on one side of the over-head door hung up on itself and the door would not close after I had packed the trailer. I had to unpack it the next morning in order to get a substitute. The staff at the hardware store were great and u-haul refunded me for one day's usage. The issue was serious, but the resolution was appropriate and professional. I guess the improvement would be to phase out the overhead doors for equipment that only has swinging doors.
