The Uhaul truck was reserved online. An appliance dolly was reserved as well. When I arrived to the location to pick up the reserved equipment, I was told that they did not have an appliance dolly and that if I wanted one I would have to go to another location to pick it up. If a location does not have specific equipment to reserve then it should not be listed on the online reservation form.

Tasheak YI reserved a truck for under $400 and when I went to pick it up there was no record of my reservation. Uhaul central secured an alternate truck for me but it was over $500. I was in a bind so I had no choice. Later that day I received a call from Uhaul asking why I had not picked up the first truck. Uhaul's error cost me over $150. I would like an explanation
