I reserved a truck for under $400 and when I went to pick it up there was no record of my reservation. Uhaul central secured an alternate truck for me but it was over $500. I was in a bind so I had no choice. Later that day I received a call from Uhaul asking why I had not picked up the first truck. Uhaul's error cost me over $150. I would like an explanation
