Natividad DThe guy told me that he should charge me for scratches on the trailer. He said that because there was not a little sticker on it that it could be my responsibility. Ridiculous! The trailer had stickers that were peeling off and it was extremely dirty when I picked it up in Abilene.
WARREN RGot the truck on E , bed of truck was filthy like someone was living in it , has dents all around truck , I was overly charged for miles I didn’t drive & days I didn’t use truck . Filed a claim nobody has reached out . Called both Texas City & Lake Jackson Uhaul’s nobody has reached back out just charged my card 234$ with no explanation or call back!!!!
Briana TThe representative was rude. He overcharged on the miles. Wouldn’t let us see the odometer when we got back to verify the mileage he claimed it was at. When we arrived to get the the truck it wasn’t even clean. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul. I’ve been using Uhaul for over 2 years now. Definitely taking my business elsewhere after this.
