Melissa BLocation refused to use self-service. My planned estimated 25 mile usage trip , which ended up being 18 miles of a move and 3 hours of “needed use “ turned into having the truck for 24 hours and over 50 miles due to not being able to return the truck with self-service. Almost doubled the cost of the rental.
